During my time at Lota, the POS project represents a significant leap forward for our team, aiming to transform retail operations with a sophisticated and user-friendly Point of Sale solution. This product offers both free and premium design options, providing retailers with flexible choices that cater to different business needs. By focusing on delivering a high-quality service, the POS system enhances operational efficiency and supports retailers in achieving their goals.

I was involved in every stage of the process, starting with user research and concept development, through wireframing and prototyping, to the final design implementation. My focus was on creating user-centered solutions that aligned with our goals for optimizing retail operations.
